Is there a utility around for OS/2 that will format floppy disks to
larger than their normal capaicty?  I'm using a program called FDformat
at the moment which does wonderful stuff like format 1.2M diskettes to
1.5M etc etc, I'd like to be able to use these under OS/2 but the driver
required relies on normal handling of int13 so doesn't work under OS/2 at all
