Ahhh!  So that's where you turn off logos.

Some IBM programs when they start up display a copyright/
product information window for about 2 seconds.
With the logo notebook page you can disable these nuisance pages.
Example programs that display this page are IPMD and IXTRA from
CSET++.  I think the TCP/IP install program also displays one of 
these logo windows.

I had seen reference to disabling the startup copyright message 
for IPMD (IBM PM Debugger) but I had never found the switch in
IPMD to turn it off.  Turns out the switch was not within IPMD,
instead it was in the System Setup.
