"fatal exception OE occurred in 0028:C11CE88F in VXD LPT(03)+0000052B"

Does anyone know what this means and how to correct it.  It has to do with
QuickcamVC and a secondary parallel port. Almost always occurs under
Netmeeting and in the camera itself.
