Site Ratings for the People by the People


Keig & Company has developed a sites' rating system to benefit the 
Australian WWW community. The system, called SmartScore, logs user 
ratings while they browse.  SmartScores (basically a running average
rating) will be available as our database grows, to help users 
spend more quality time on-line by choosing better sites faster.

An additional feature, 'The SmartSurfer', gives surfers a list of
sites that have received high ratings by those with similar profiles. 
The SmartSurfer is activated by a user supplying demographic
information (in confidence) along with a site ratings.
