I Know this probably going to sound stupid to all you guys but I am
planning on buying a new pc but I am unsure as to what sort of specs I
should be looking for in a pc (I live in townsville by the way!)
for one thing which is better pentium three or celleron? and why?
I am thinking of spending around $2000 +or- a couple of hundred.
what size HDD should I be looking at getting for this price: 10 or 15 gig?
which is better a cd writer or a dvd drive in place of a normal cd rom?
or is it best to get a plain cd-rom
and how fast should the processor be for around this price? 500Mhz?
how big of a monitor should there be?
and what cards should I have inside in terms of sound and video?
what sort of warranty should be included?
and what softare should I get with the pc? I really am not a big fan of
lotus!
could you please reply to my email address : Allen.yare@jcu.edu.au
thanks for your time and I really hope that there is someone out there who
can help me!
thanks again
allen
