Tell them unless they refund your money or send you the goods you'll take
them to the small claims tribunal.  I don't know if that works interstate,
but if they are a business and you have evidence of sending them money,
try it out.  Ask your local MP for guidence if you feel lost.

I have been contacted by Stewart from MOS, and he has
promised that goods will be resent or I will get a refund.

If that goes, I take back all that I have said in my previous post.
