Topic: AI and Interactive Games

This will be an informal talk on AAAI's Symposium at Stanford
University that I attended last month. The symposium brings
together game developers and academics. The focus was on the
varying levels of AI used in these games, problems they had to
design around and AI techniques that was most useful to them.
Currently games is 'the reason' why people buy new machines and
game developers need tools to develop autonomus characters
easily. I will also mention one of the projects going on at
Xerox Parc and the dot-com craze going on where everybody is a
 part of a startup.
