You missed the netizen perl course, but if you check
www.netizen.com.au you might get lucky.

For java and C, consider a "not for degree" university training.

It can be possible to talk your way in (at full fee of course) to
do one or two units "not for award". UNSW teaches both C and Java,
but I'm not sure if they take not for award students.

Ring around universities till you find one who will take you on.

Check TAFE too, you might get lucky and they tend to have their
classes at better times.

Might also be worth hunting down the Perl Mongers perl user
group, someone may be willing to tutor you, www.pm.org
