Headless can mean different things with a Sparc 20, since it can have a
VSIMM to use the onboard SX, or a Sbus framebuffer, or both. Both of those
items have to be missing to make the system headless.
VSIMM's are *very* pricey, but since they are 95 percent of the SX
framebuffer hardware, you'd be getting a 24-bit framebuffer very cheaply.

For everyone's info:
I obtained a Sparc 20 base for US$450 recently. I also obtained an 8 meg
VSIMM for the on-board SX framebuffer for US$380 (and that, I might add, is
a *cheap* price for the 8 meg VSIMM), and a pair of SM-71 CPU modules for
US$475 each.
These were (a few months ago) all a bit below the current accepted average
market value for the individual items.
There is no way a Sparc 20 base with 128 meg of RAM, a VSIMM (even the 4 meg
one, which isn't much cheaper than the 8 meg one), and a pair of SM-51's,
could be imported for much less than A$2000, and that's not taking into
account customs, etc. or kludges on import documents to reduce the declared
value of shipments.
PC prices and Sun hardware prices can't be compared because the two are
completely different classes of hardware...
All FYI...
Regards,
Craig.
