I lobbed into this newsgroup expecting to find useful stuff regarding
the use of TeX/LaTeX, but I fing it full of spam and off topic
material.  Might I suggest that areply to spam messgaes (eg the condom
ad) just adds to the volume of trash that obscures the useful material
(that I expected to find).  Excuse me for telling you how to run your
newsgroup, but I suggest someone either change the name or clean things
up a little.
