I need help for my CMOS battery urgently.

My CMOS battery has stopped working recently by providing inaccurate CMOS
RTC's time. The time clock on my Window 95 is always far from the correct
time.

Last week, I changed a new battery. The clock worked for a few days and it
went back to the wrong time again. Every time when I enter Window 95, I
must reset the time.

Despite having two fans near the battery, the CMOS battery is always very
hot when I open my mini tower to check.

Could any one please enlighten me. Your advice is very much appreciated.
