bibtex / standards question

this is probably going to make me look _really_ stupid, but i
can't seem to figure it out: how can i represent the 
ISO-9899-1990 document (the C programming language standard)
in bibtex ?

the closest i've come so far is:

@Book{standardc,
  editor =	 "International Standards Organisation",
  title =	 9899,
  publisher =	 "ISO",
  year =	 1990,
  note =	 "Harmonized Standard for the C programming language",
}

can anyone do any better ?
