Actually the problems are far worse than just being slow.  The screen is 
so small using it for any length of time produces headaches, it cant be 
loaded with any other applications by the students, and they block out 
access to hundreds of websites that students need to access to complete 
school assignments

The end result is that they are simply a waste, and parents still have 
to buy a computer for the kids to do their schoolwork on.

My grand daughter says that none of the kids in years 10,11,and 12 at 
her school bother to use them now - but maybe a few still do and are too 
shy admit that.

Another typical Labor stuffup.  It is amazing that of all the programs 
and ideas Labor has tried to implement not one single project has been 
succesful
