Well, I'd have to agree with Jenn, that this policy seems a bit light on actions... especially of the measurable sort. It seems a rather hastily assembled list of mamby pamby goals, many of which are already underway, and driven by other bodies anyway. In order to get me to move to Queensland, there would need to be some evidence of committed action, rather than lukewarm policy, and get rid of that fellow Borbidge! Garry R.
