The content of this posting is one of the older "net-lore" themes. (Net
lore being Internet folk lore).

These articles can be dispelled as a myth, but continue circulation based
upon their angle of potential conspiracy against the average man in the
street.

Other more memorable documents include the one about the cookie recipe,
sending post cards to the kid with cancer, violent crimes/rapes/murders that
are alledged to be occurring in a major US town, confirmed by the police,
yet not reported by the media. Beyond that, you get into the Myth
emails....sending messages to as many friends as possible to get a free copy
of Win 98 from Bill Gates, trip to Disney Land, etc.

For further research, set your search engine to mining.com,
www.kumite/myths, urban-legends.com, etc.

Basically, they are not worth serious debate, as you will see the same (or
similar) messages appear again and again over your web life.
