SNAFU at the Telecom X.400 gateway

I cocked up an operating system upgrade. Most cleverly the system
didn't recognize this and quietly sat on 800+ messages going into
X.400 Telecom/telememo/otc etc.  I have flushed the backlog down to
around 300.

In a quite separate crisis of identity the gateway machine thought
it was somebody else for most of today. If you've been getting
messages back with the errorlog:

        Unknown Address
        Nameserver lookup of bunyip.cc.uq.oz.au: No address found 

Then this problem-ette has been fixed.
