Absolutely. Domain names often convey useful information, let's not
have names that are random for the sake of avoiding a possible
inconvenience.

In many senses, the administrative orientation of domain addresses
does in fact represent a geographic/topological region. Eg. It is hard
to imagine .au being anywhere but Australia or .monash.edu.au being
anywhere but Victoria (although that my come).

I'm certainly no advocate of geographic domains in general, but in the
cases where there is no sensible administrative overlay, perhaps
geographic is the next best thing?

Perhaps the 'cost' that non-administrative domain users 'pay' is that
their domain name has to change if they move topologically?

In general, given:

o	the small number of sites

o	the small amount of inbound traffic to such systems in
the sense of number of different originators

o	the frequency of moves to sunny QLD from miserable Vic
(hmm, maybe this will be high)

It should not present too much confusion if fred.vic.au is actually in
QLD during it's name transition to fred.qld.au. Especially since it's
likely so infrequently!
