Fixed. delivery reports where stuck at the top of the queue. the backlog
of around 150 messages is slowly flushing.

A problem with new GOSIP aligned addresses remains to be fixed. If somebody
sends you mail from AUSGOVwhatever.telememo.au It's not going to be replyable
to just yet.
