Anyone got a good way of handling floodbots on oz.org and other irc
networks?

oz.org is meant to have a wingate socks checker, but they dont seem to
ban open hosts. If they did, we wouldn't have that problem with
floodbots.

I've thought of putting a bot in that scans for open wingate/socks ports,
and then bans that host, but oz.org's policy is "No bots"

Well do something about it!
