Hi Jason and Gary , I dont know either of you, but I just happened to pop into this newsgroup - it seems like you two should go out for a beer together and face up to reality - your online dispute only serves to give the IRC a bad name - go have your childish slanging match else where - no one else is really interested in your personality clashes ! I have used IRC for 5 years and host a small chat channel where people can come and feel welcome and have a talk with no abuse. I have met some delightful people there and I think the virtues of the IRC are huge. However, you two are not good advertisements for the IRC - think about it please, as it would be good to have a decent newsgroup for IRC discussion .
