Is there anywhere where one can find a list of IP subnets that are
used spcifically in Australia - don't necessarily need to know by
which IP address....

I have a whole lot of spammers coming through setting up new user
accounts on my forum and short of restricting access further than I
have to date, I'd like to use an IP subnet whitelist.

Anyone know where I can get?
