Due to AOTC  bearer problem  between thge  Exhibition  St and  Carlton
exchanges in Melbourne the VIC -  ACT  2Mbps service was out of action
for the period 11:30am - 5:00 pm, Sunday March 21.

NSW and ACT were off line for this period.

The service has been  bought up via  a temporary patch so I guess that
we will have a further short  outage later this week once the original
problem is rectified.
