Duration:  several breaks of 3-5 minutes

The VIC2 hub (AARNet affiliate members) will be down during Wednesday
evening while transceivers are swapped, and possibly an MCI card is
swapped.

Apologies for short notice.   Expect further downtime on Vic2.gw.au
during evenings, until further notice;  there are several problems
outstanding.
