Leading Edge downtime

Leading Edge is unavailable;  should be back this afternoon.

Maintenance on the link to Leading Edge (*.jsf.csiro.au, who are also
the gateway to csiro's atmospheric research group) showed an
intermittent microwave coax.   This seems to have deteriorated in the
past couple of hours and the link is now gone.

A technician from the firm servicing the microwave link will arrive
at Leading Edge this afternoon.
