The US link will be out of action for approx one hour
from 19:00 (Aust Eastern Standard Time) tonight while
circuits are switched (mostly at the US end, its all done
here - we needed an entire new one) to upgrade the link
to 768 kbits/sec (from 512 kbits/sec).

That is 19:00 EST Tuesday March 16 1993.  09:00 UTC same day.
01:00 US PST same day.   17:00 in West Aus, 18:30 in South Aus,
and 20:00 in Tasmania.   Other places work it out for yourself...

The one hour downtime is an estimate only, could be more or less.
