Monash - CSIRO Clayton link down

#99

Monash University suffered a power loss of some 10 seconds at
approximately 4:45 pm 2/5/92.

Monu1 and Monu6 are still down - back sometime after 8pm.

The Scitec integrator that forms the link to the Caulfield campus
required a power cycle (even the reset switch locked up!).

CSIRO Clayton *may* have also suffered the some power loss. The
fibre optic link from Monash to CSIRO Clayton is currently dead,
my guess is that something at CSIRO didn't come up cleanly.
Unfortunately I have had to change the SQE setting on the
DELNI that connects us to CSIRO to AARNet in order to get
Monash back on-line. Could someone at CSIRO contact Monash
when whatever is wrong at CSIRO Clayton is fixed? (So we
can put the SQE switch back to normal).

Regards,

Jim S.
