Subject: 		Scheduled Outage Notification of the DSTO-Salisbury
                        to AARNet link.

Outage Date:		Saturday, Sunday, Monday, 20-22 March 93.

Outage Window:		00:01 to 02:00 (Aust.) CST each night.

Affected Sites/Hosts:	Nodes at DSTO Salisbury and Canberra will have no
                        access to AARNet and vice versa.

The outages are required to allow Telecom to test the DDS service. It is not
clear where the problem lies but there have been intermittent periods of high
errors and link "flapping" overnight recently. The packet error count was 20%
of input. Some testing to isolate the problem seems to be reqired.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
