Hi all,

The AARNet to DSTO link is now back to normal. It was restored at approximately
15:00 hours on Thursday, 25 Feb. 93.

Telecom identified the problem as a faulty DDS NTU at the Adelaide University
end of the link. They replaced the NTU and the link has performed perfectly
in subsequent testing conducted by CIS (no errors in 22Kpkts, 30 minutes).
