Things couldn't be made to work at the US end in the switch from
512 kbps to 768kbps so after approx 2 hours of downtime from soon
after 19:00 until just now (as I was typing this message) - ie:
about 21:06.

Current plan is to retry tomorrow morning at 10:00 Australian Eastern
Standart time Wednesday March 17 (that is midnight UTC, or 16:00
US Pacific Standard Time).

Its unfortunate that we need to schedule downtime during the day, but
we need a time more suitable to getting people who really understand
the equipment involved at the US end, and that time is the most suitable.

Apologies to everyone inconvenienced, but we hope the link will improve
in quality once its done.  I'd also expect the downtime tomorrow to be
much less that it has been this evening.
