The upgrade scheduelled to be happening right now has been
put back 24 hours to allow more time for notification of
downtime on some other circuits at NASA which need to be moved
to allow our link to grow.

Scheduelled downtime is now midnight UTC Thursday March 18
(that is, 10:00 Thursday March 18, Australian Eastern STandard
time, and 16:00 Wednesday March 17 US Pacific Standard Time).

Expected downtime on the link between Aust and the US is still
set at an hour, though as with last night, anything is possible.
It takes only minutes to change things at this end, at the other
end it might take longer, or this time might be completed just
as quickly as here.
