Hi, i am from Victoria, i was wondering whether my internet surfing and newsgroups can be monitored by my ISP, do i have a right to any privacy? Also is there anything i have to watch out for, in terms of content, is there anything i cant view as a home user. Any response would be helpful. Thanks

They are probably far too busy to even bother. Do I have a right to privacy? Nope. Some talk about "implied" rights but these have to always be tested in the courts. Is there anything I can't view? Ummm... dunno... what were you thinking of looking at? -- Regards, Gregory.
