Dear Sir,

What about loading that information on your web site. What I have handy is
in the form of a conference on Water given by Dr Rousseau a few years back.
The file is quite important and is associated with quite a few slides, this
makes it quite heavy to be sent all over the place. Amongst those interested
you might find someone able to translate it in English for you and to make
then the English file available alongside the French one.
The method was developped by Dr Jeanne Rousseau co-inventor of the
Bio-Electronique Vincent ( BEVincent for short ) analysis method along side
French Professor Louis-Claude Vincent. It is extremelly precise and
extremelly reliable giving anticipation of at least 48 hours in all cases.
Further it needs only minimum instrumentation to be implemented !!! The
BEVincent  method confirms and justify the most clever observation of the
Chineses upon the animals behaviour before Quakes and major disturbances -
these having been observed by the way all around the world - Incidently
those animals who give the earliest warning in case of quakes are the snakes
and later the rats, the birds coming last .

Dr  Rousseau has discovered that the sea water and also that spring water
has a cosmic resonance to all natural phenomenae and,  the constant
monitoring of either sea water or spring water gives anyone an insight  into
incoming important accidents of Nature. Incidently the BEVincent method is
based on the principle that the  living organisms main constituant is water
and parting the monitoring of only three physical properties of water is
both necessery but sufficient to give full understanding of either the state
of disease and the state of health.

My understanding of the reasons for earthquake is different from yours but
there is no harm to it. I work along the understanding that the Earth like
all planets are not placed half hazardly on their actual position but
according to what was observed and known as  Bode Law and therefore the
official theory concerning the Genesis of the Earth being the result of
random collisions of meteorites is completely idiotic in my view - since all
of the planets in our system would have had their building collisions
according to the what I mentionned above as the  Bode Law. In fact as I see
it , the coherence of it all rests finally in a world of Universal Pressure
where Planets are born in turn from their mother star and derive on the
plane of the ecliptic in a coherent degressive cosmic pressure invironment .
As the process goes on in a therefore an-isobaric and an-isothropic solar
"atmosphere" planets expand and their density decrease,  as we can observe.
etc.
But I do not want to develop that aspect here, since I intend to write
further on the subject within my intent of destruction to the last of all
the " Horrid Geological Myths " and of the Horrid sectarian beliefs
pertaining to those.

Let it be known however that Volcanoes are in fact safety valves of an Earth
in continuous expansion and a way to anticipate Earth quake is to observe
the cyclic displacement of the Quakes along a path of known and recognized
sismic zones. In fact it is based on the well known principles of
mechanical strain.  This is on this basis that I anticipate the Major Sydney
Quake and concomittent tidal wave replica centered on the last equinox of
the millenium i.e rightly overlapping the coming SOG ( Sydney Olympic
Games ) . Parting I intent issuing a protocol of evacuation and observation
aiming at rescuing a maximum of persons in Australia. That is issuing
warning not to get to the SOG at all cost and also for all people who can
afford it to leave the danger zone for a minimum of 10 days either side of
the Equinox. For those who cannot afford it, I believe they should put their
dear ones away to a distance of not least 50 km from the SOG and be ready
with either a bicycle or a bike to tear away when the most probable late
warning will be issued. Since most probably the Australians will not be
interested by the Rousseau method of Quake anticipation, fearing it will
reduce the attendance to the SOG and parting the return on investment
 Greed being as always the main mobile ! ) I will probably suggest to the
Right Hon. Charles Perkins to bring in a good dozens sensitive black
fellows, so as to observe the fauna during the danger period of the SOG and
if necessary sound the warnings from hilltops with didgeridoos !
