Here at RMIT Info. Tech. it looks like we're going
to be extending our hours of coverage. As a result
we need some information about the relative levels
of administration staffing to present a case for 
additional resources to cover the extended hours.

Could you please contact me with information WRT 
the ratio of admins to servers (preferably by types 
of servers) and hours of admin availability at your 
site. I suppose that general information about 
relative pay scales would also be of interest. 
(but would probably make me feel worse than I do 
at present :-))

If there is sufficient interest, I'd be open to suggestions
about formatting the collected information and posting a
compilation.

Please accept my apologies if this has already been 
posted somewhere. If this is the case, I'd appreciate
a pointer to the existing information.
