MEL01's one of the most consistent repeaters out there.  It's either
on or off for long periods of time, but lately, whenever people start
talking on it, it goes into that funny mode where it transmits its
idents and keys itself up a few times in a row every so often, but
nobody can key it up themselves.

It's that off frequency trick talked about earlier in the group and
Snapper to this day is the only person I've ever heard of using that
trick.  He hears a person or conversation he doesn't like and the
repeater goes funny for days.

Incidentally, I heard snaps trying to abuse MEL05 the other day.  They
cut him off shortly after he said he was a narcisist.
