Actually, the best thing to do is not to ignore the message, but to report it as off-topic
cross-posted spam to the originating host.

Most postings have an "X-Complaints" header with an abuse e-mail address.

In this case, it's:

    X-Complaints-To: abuse@inter.net.il

Simply copy the entire message, with all the headers (very important!) and send it to the
appropriate Abuse e-mail address.

For example, with Outlook Express, the original message body (with headers) can be viewed by
clicking:

    File menu.
        Properties
            Details tab
                Message Source button.

Select all of the text, copy, and paste into a new e-mail.

Many ISP's take newsgroup/e-mail abuse seriously, and I've managed to get actual responses from
people after I've reported spam.

PS,

The most common tactic for newsgroup spammers is to incorrectly think that the word "models" in a
newsgroup name refers to scantily-clad babes, and not to our hobbies.
