The folks at Berg's are top-rate for service. Tom's is very poor for service
and I'm sure that's partly because they're trying to be the biggest-and-best
mail-order outlet with their retail shopfront being given second-rate status
in terms of service quality. I know of plenty of people who go there
regularly to buy stuff though so I guess it's one of those outlets that you
either like a lot or dislike a lot.
