Just to clarify a bit. When I use my code to set the system clock,
the system time afterwards is within ~ 0.75 seconds of the real time.
This is a worst case. If the machine isn't heavily loaded at the time
the code runs, the system clock is set so close to the real time that I cannot
tell the difference (by eye).
