**** Studying at Chisholm Institute of TAFE in Dandenong, Victoria in
2006? ****


On offer is a house with 5 fully furnished bedrooms (bed, desk, chair,
robes),
with wall-to-wall carpets, new kitchen, and study area, phone, with the
cable internet connection available.

Located at the back of Chisholm Institute at Oswald Street, and is 2
minutes walking distance from Chisholm (across the road), and 5 minutes
from Dandenong Hospital, shops and other facilities.

The rooms are available to students from late January.

The cost $100 per person per room, or $80 per couple per room. Please
note
that we have only two large rooms which could accomodate a couple
available.

Longer leases are also available to students who are willing to stay
for the duration of their entire course.
