VT terminal emulation to All-In-1?

I am having some pain getting some Suns talking to All-In-1 under VMS
successfully. The VAX involved has TCP/IP; it's just the terminal emulation
side that has me a bit stuck. I am currently trying two commercial emulators
plus crttool v2.0 (public domain).

If anyone has done this successfully (or given up after trying), please email.
No point boring the whole net with this issue.

Thanks.
