Rotating Tables

Giday fellow Tex-users,

I have a small problem here. I'm using fairly long (i.e. wide) tables in
my thesis, and the logical thing to do would be to rotate these tables so
that they fitted the A4 page. However, I don't know how and cannot find any
reference to such things in the manual for LateX.

Can anybody help?
