Does anyone in Melbourne have a copy of "The METAFONTbook" that they'd sell for up to the new price (depending on the # of missing pages ;-) ? Why? Because I cannot find it in any bookshop, any more, and haven't seen a copy on sale for over a year, and now... :-( Geoffrey Tobin
