Hi,

I've just got chapterbib.sty for my thesis and 
there are two small problems that I hoped someone
might be able help me with solving.

ONE - I can't get a total bib at the end of the
thesis containg all the references from all chapters.

TWO - The function of cite.sty that makes [1,2,3]
in citations become [1-3] is now broken.

Any help would be appreciated.
