I have a few queries about LaTeX :
I am writing a report, and one of the problems is the
section command. I wish to have "\section{PLASTICS AND RUBBER
WASTE IN INDUSTRY AND COMMUNITY", but it is broken at the
word community, like "COMMU-NITY". I wish to place one half
of the title below the other, so as to avoid pagebreaking.
No problem, \newline does this. But when the \tableofcontents
command sees it, it spits the dummy and refuses to do
anything but complain. How can I get around this?
Also, I have tables in this report with text only. I am using
the tabular environment, but I am getting overfull hboxes when
I put my text in. Is there a way I can split text in an individual
box of a tabular environment? For example...
Title 1 Title 2
This is a little
test to see that
what I can type
can be split.
Thanks in advance...
