With the former (liberal) Government leaving  Community Television totally 
out of the new digital broadcasting legislation and the new ( Labour) 
Government doing pretty much the same thing. Maybe the Channels 31 can go 
digital via the internet just as the ABC has. C31 Melbourne has already 
taken steps in this direction as have some of the production groups going 
totally independent of any broadcaster at all.
