In a message posted on 11/29/92, I stated that I had established a new
domain entitled 'straylight.com'. There are corrections to be made 
regarding that posting:

I stated that the access is free 'for now'. At no time will 
straylight.com charge for access to the system. Access to the system for 
the purpose of sending/receiving mail is free. It is against the policy 
of our primary site to charge any type of fee for access to systems 
linked directly or non-directly. Therefore, any misunderstanding 
regarding a fee of any type is now cleared up. There will be no charge. 
Any expenses incurred by the system will be absorbed by the administrator 
of straylight.com

Also, my posting was not intended to be an open 'free-for-all' type of 
posting. Anyone needing access to internet mail/usenet cannot necessarily 
gain access to straylight.com. We can maintain a userbase of people who 
absolutely need a site to send/receive mail. However, in no way can we 
maintain a tremendous number of people who simply desire to have another 
e-mail account. The existing userbase will be maintained, as it is quite 
small at the moment. New users will be allowed on the system for the 
purpose of -reading- local and usenet postings. Those who desire an 
e-mail account are free to apply for access. However, due to certain 
restrictions on the amount of data transferred over the system to our 
uucp provider, account approval will be conducted on an individual 
basis. Any questions can be directed to me via e-mail.
