The file hirsch.law from the Sysop Liability Workshop Infodisk is in error;
parts of that docket were later corrected, particularly the section that
was to become a part of the Southwestern Bell General Exchange Tariff. I
have hardcopy of all of that, including the "Findings of Fact" section. All
I need to make it complete is to get a copy of how the pertinant section of
the GET really does read. I'll call the PUC tomorrow about that; it should
be easy for them to find. It may be that they have all of this in computer
readable form; in any case, I'll submit the corrected copy one way or the
other so that the next Infodisk can have the right information.
