The report will be one of the major keys to Clinton's future.  However,
it is going to be a death match.  Clinton will not go quitely into the
night.  Friday's *Washington Post* reported that some aides were trying
the idea of a 'plea bargain': apoligize and do some penance in exchange
for only 'censure or rebuke'.  The senior White House aides and lawyers
shot that one down.

Agreed.  If the Senate stays the same after the election and if the
Republicans vote party lines (big ifs), 12 democrats have to also
vote guilty.
