What's everyone's favorite HTML editor? I have to redesign someone's website and it's too big a job for emacs. I want canned drop downs and other gadgets. Thanks. P.S. - Recommend a web host for a small commercial site about 2 GB traffic/month?

Anyway, do you have any opinions on html editors or small scale web hosts?
