My wife and I are looking for a home in Austin. She is a broker and belongs
to the Austin MLS. What we are looking for in this venue is a property that
is NOT listed on MLS. Perhaps a FSBO or a home of someone who has been
thinking about selling but not listed yet. The house has to be special. We
are not looking for just a box. If it has a pretty view, backs to a pretty
greenbelt creek or lake, has a beautiful treed lot or a unique design, then
tell us about your home. We have sold ours near Marble Falls, are presently
renting and will purchase our own home again in or near Austin. Thanks!
