Yes, you read correctly.  I'm looking for someone to share my 3 bedroom home
and help me keep it up.  Preferably I'm looking for someone that doesn't
mind the more "domestic" duties like dishes, washing, vacuuming, etc...  I
like to do repairs, grass mowing, tree trimming, painting, improvements,
etc....  Also, the house is very well furnished with large-screen TV, good
stereo, patio furniture, all the indoor furniture (including 2nd bed),
computers, Internet connections, phone, DirecTV, etc., etc....  Rent would
be very reasonable considering that there is some work involved.  (Just to
alleviate worries, sex is not something I'm looking for here.)

I'm a very responsible, professional, 32yr. old that's been in Austin for
some time.  My references will not be a problem!
